Congressional Democrats Violating Oaths Of Office?
Seems like the Democrats are trying to come up with all sorts of legislative devices to pass the health care bill without actually having to vote for it.
This sounds unconstitutional to me. If there was the political will to pass it, it would not have to be forced. There seems to be much more political will against it.
The American People spent the last year demonstrating in the streets against it and most tax paying Americans realize that this will be much more expensive and unwieldy than the proponents argue. It almost goes without saying that the non-taxpayers who will be getting the freebie support it.
It seems to me that violating the constitution for one’s ideology is outside the law.
If the Democrats pass this with artifice and deceit, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid should be handcuffed, locked up and prosecuted for violating their Oaths of Office.
At the very least we should, no we will vote these dead beat bums out at the next election.
